Gibson co-founded Blues Renewables in 2020 and leads system design and project delivery. His focus is the commercial and industrial side: helping factories and commercial units cut recurring EB bills and carbon emissions with solar PV. Before founding the company he spent close to three years as Solar Project Co-Ordinator on the Tamil Nadu Rural Transformation Project, co-ordinating solar initiatives across rural Tamil Nadu with government teams and vendors. He holds a PG Diploma in Solar Energy Technology from the Indian Institute of Solar Energy.
