Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm. Site surveys are also arranged on Sundays by prior appointment, since that is when many homeowners are actually at home to walk the roof with us.
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. We survey anywhere in Chennai and the Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram and Tiruvallur districts at no charge, and you get a written system size and quotation whether or not you proceed.

Residential work stays within Chennai and the three neighbouring districts so that service response stays honest. Commercial and industrial projects we take across Tamil Nadu, including Tiruchirappalli, Coimbatore, Salem, Hosur and Madurai.
Your consumer number or the name the system is registered under, and a rough date the generation changed. We hold your commissioning report, component serial numbers and warranty certificates on file and will raise any claim with the manufacturer ourselves.
