Getting in touch
How quickly will someone get back to me?
Calls and WhatsApp messages during working hours are answered the same day. Email and web enquiries are answered within one working day. Service calls from existing customers jump the queue ahead of new enquiries — a plant that is down is more urgent than a plant that is not built yet.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm. Site surveys are also arranged on Sundays by prior appointment, since that is when many homeowners are actually at home to walk the roof with us.
Is the site survey really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. We survey anywhere in Chennai and the Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram and Tiruvallur districts at no charge, and you get a written system size and quotation whether or not you proceed.
Can I just send my bill on WhatsApp?
That is the fastest route. Send a photo of your latest bill to +91 98841 07170 and you will get an indicative system size, subsidy figure and price band back — usually the same day, without anyone visiting.
Do you take projects outside Chennai?
Residential work stays within Chennai and the three neighbouring districts so that service response stays honest. Commercial and industrial projects we take across Tamil Nadu, including Tiruchirappalli, Coimbatore, Salem, Hosur and Madurai.
I am an existing customer with a problem. What do you need?
Your consumer number or the name the system is registered under, and a rough date the generation changed. We hold your commissioning report, component serial numbers and warranty certificates on file and will raise any claim with the manufacturer ourselves.
